At Lean In, our primary goal is to provide mentorship through our annual cohort, guiding students on major technical stacks such as AR/VR, App Development, Machine Learning, and more. You have the freedom to choose what you want to learn.

Lean In offers a range of events throughout the year, including an annual hackathon that attracts over 800 coders. We also have community groups where members can connect, ask questions, and receive guidance. Our vision is to build a strong sisterhood culture on our campus, provide guidance to beginners, and promote collaboration. In 2023, we organized Lean In Hacks 4.0, which saw participation from over 1000 hackers and featured a prize pool exceeding 1.85 Lakhs. Our annual cohort included 6 mentorship circles with 15+ mentors and engaged over 400 mentees. We hosted sessions on cracking international internships, undergraduate research opportunities, financial knowledge in collaboration with TnP and Barclays, and machine learning. We also ran an Instagram series on roadmaps for various technologies and internship preparation, all while fostering a community of over 700 members.
