Within 8 months of its launch, Project Greenbucks hosted the Young Barons Elevator Pitch(YBEP 2024), engaging over 1,000 teams worldwide with strong female participation to empower women in entrepreneurship. Our Pennywise newsletter, blogs, budget planner, and courses reach thousands and have quickly gained traction. Our strong digital presence and ABC Finance Series podcasts continue to expand our reach.

Stitching Sustainability: Empowering Women through Upcycled Textiles

In a world flooded with textile waste, our Cloth Vertical is weaving a sustainable future. We collaborated with organizations to connect with unemployed women skilled in sewing. These talented women transformed leftover cloth into a variety of unique products, which we then sold at various cultural and entrepreneurship festivals. This initiative not only promoted sustainable practices by reducing waste but also provided these women with a source of income and a platform to showcase their skills. Through "Stitching Sustainability," we aim to empower communities and foster a greener planet.

Menstrual Awareness Drive

In our continuous efforts to promote menstrual health awareness, Project Dharini conducted an impactful awareness session near Okhla Railway Station. The event saw the participation of around 60 women and 15 young girls who were educated about menstruation, menstrual hygiene, and the use of eco-friendly menstrual products. This session aimed to break taboos, provide essential knowledge, and encourage the adoption of sustainable practices. By engaging directly with the community, we strive to create an informed and supportive environment for menstruators.
